All warranty service (first year on parts and labor) on MIXER equipment should be coordinated through the technical service department at MIXER End user should call or e-mail to us with the information requested below and an accurate description of the problem. MIXER will immediately coordinate a timely response.


When requesting warranty coverage or parts, please have the following information available:


1.Model number
2.Serial number
3.Phone number and contact person on location
